Karim Rashid
Karim Rashid is one of the most prolific designers in the world. He realized over 3,000 design projects, he won over 300 international awards and he works in over 40 countries, including Italy. Karim lived in Italy and studied Industrial Design; then he came back to his fatherland, Canada. His love for product design has also spread to interior furnishings, collaborating more and more in the design of hotels, restaurants and public places. In his spare time Karim’s pluralism flirts with art, fashion, and music and is determined to creatively touch every aspect of our physical and virtual landscape. In fact, his final goal is to turn everything to a Design object, to influence everyone

Marcel Wanders
Born and raised in Boxtel, Netherlands, Marcel Wanders became a famous designer in 1996, thanks to the Knotted Chair. This chair has become his most iconic product, made for Droog Design. He collaborates - and continues to work with - the most important European contemporary design brands; moreover, in 2000, he founded his own Moooi studio, which he soon acquired international fame. The distinctive feature of Marcel Wanders is his thought towards a more tailor-made design. Starting from the careful to recognize the past and the cultural differences, Marcel Wanders develops his own style, focused on the post-modernist era called the "Contemporary Renaissance of Humanism."

Giulio Cappellini
Giulio Cappellini is an architect, designer, art director from Milan. He was born in 1954 and he started to think about Design as a child, thanks to the family company, which is still one of the most important brands in design area. After graduating in Architecture, he started working as a designer and art director both in the family business and in other internationally famous design brands. Every project in which he works is his own reinterpretation and interpretation of contemporary design. Thanks to his amazing vision of design concept, Time magazine awards Cappellini among the ten best trendsetters of fashion and design. His lectures at the Milan Architecture University always generate great interest from Montreal to Valencia.

Paola Navone
Immediately after graduating in Architecture in 1973, Paola Navone collaborated with Alchimia group, considered the most advanced in Italian design philosophy: Alessandro Mendini, Ettore Sottsass Jr., Andrea Branzi all belong to this group. In 1983, she won the first International Design Award in Osaka. During her long and faceted career she worked as an architect, designer, art director, furniture designer, essayist, teacher, curator of exhibitions and events."

A designer for B&T design and manager since 2000, Alp Nuhoglu was born on 13.09.1965 in Trabzon. Having studied Industrial Product Design at Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Architecture, he established DOR – a furniture design company in 1988.

Miriam Mirri
Born in Bologna, Italy, Miriam studied at the Scuola Superiore di Disegno Anatomico and design and communication at the Università del Progetto. After working at various design and architecture offices she commenced her own freelance designer activity. Known widely for her original mark, humane and kind attitude, good intuition of the primary needs along with a real knowledge of the body and materials that are the mark of design. She has designed houseware, pet accessories, creatures for day and night, watches, complements and furniture collaborating with several companies, including Alessi, MandarinaDuck, Henkel, Seiko, Häagen-Dazs, Bysteel, Meritalia, Bassetti, Gruppo Coin, Euro3Plast, UnitedPets. She took part in national and international exhibitions and lives in Milan.

Marco Zito
Marco Zito is an Architect and Associate Professor of Industrial Product Design at IUAV University of Venice. Having graduated with Vittorio Gregotti and Bernardo Secchi, he deals with design on different scales. His ‘early steps’ along the path of industrial design began on the Island of Murano in the world of blown artistic glass, with the Salviati furnace. His design research moved within the possibility of addressing different themes, technologies and product types, from his Olivetti experience through to interface design, long-term consultancy work and collaborations with companies such as Agape, Viabizzuno, Salviati and the Danieli Group. His designs have won many international awards and recognition. Venice, where his studio has its headquarters, is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for his design works, whether they be a small glass vase or a large architectural design project.

Emmanuel Babled
Emmanuel Babled was born in France in 1967. He studied at the European Institute of Design in Milan where he graduated in Industrial Design in 1989. In 1992 he set up Emmanuel Babled Studio and ever since he has been working as independent designer. From 1995 until today Babled has developed many glass and tableware items, limited editions and unique pieces, that he produced through is Milano based office but also for prestigious manufacturers like Baccarat (F), Covo (I), Idée Co. Ltd (J), Laurent Perrier (F), Rosenthal (D) and Venini (I). He also worked on industrial products, furniture and lighting for Magis (I), Felice Rossi(I), Vistosi (I), Kundalini (I), Viceversa (HK), Giannini (I), DuPont deNemours (F), Crea diffusion (F), Oluce (I) Gedy (I), Superego (I), Outlook Zelco (I) , I+I (I), He is now working on different ‘territorial’ direction, still working with glass in Murano but also with textile in India, marble in Carrara (I), and lastly he is experimenting massive pieces in Plexiglass.
